• Shipping Limitations: We process domestic orders inside India within 2 business days, with expected delivery scales ranging between 3 to 12 working days depending on location accessibility. We do not provide international shipping.

• Mandatory Unboxing Protocol: To protect your purchases, any claims regarding physical transit damage, usage marks, or missing items must be accompanied by a single, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video. Failure to record this validation sequence immediately voids your claim under our verification metrics.
