Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video or with edited, incomplete, or interrupted recordings may not be eligible for replacement.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product at no additional cost.
