Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement, subject to verification.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

• Provide a clear, continuous, and unedited 360° unboxing video showing:The sealed package before opening.The shipping label clearly visible.The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.The product and the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) clearly visible.

Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video or with edited, incomplete, or interrupted recordings may not be eligible for replacement.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product at no additional cost.
